Do's & Don'ts – the rules of the game

In search of solutions, you can try almost anything — we will clean everything up afterwards and get the Escape Room ready for the next group. However, irreversible damage must be avoided, all puzzles can be solved without effort. Before each game, you will receive a short instruction about the selected Escape Room, explaining the basic rules and any special features.

FAQ

Plan on spending around 90 minutes visiting us. The game itself lasts 60 minutes. If you manage to complete the mission in this time, you have won the race against time and may even be able to immortalize yourself on our "Wall of Winners".

We ask that you arrive at the location around 5 minutes before the officially booked game start so that we can begin on time after a short instruction. Entry cannot be guaranteed beforehand, thanks for understanding.

Our escape rooms can be independently booked by people aged 14 and over. People under 14 can visit the escape room if accompanied by an adult. However, we do not recommend participation by anyone under 7 years of age.

No, as long as there are still between 2 - 7 people you do not need to inform us. The total price is always based on the actual number of players.

All rooms can be played in German and English, including instructions from the game master (please specify when booking).

We accept all common EC, credit cards and Twint. But of course cash or invoice is also possible.

We ask you to enter coupon online when booking. Simply enter the coupon code in your shopping cart and the amount will be deducted from the price. If something doesn't work, just bring the coupon to the appointment.

The ideal group size is 3-5 people. Between 2 and 7 people is possible. You can decide on the group size. To ensure that the games are fun, a larger number of people per game is unfortunately not possible. If there are more participants, please split into two groups and/or several rooms. This is the most fun option for everyone.

A visit at our Escape Rooms is ideal as a team event, for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette's parties or just to have a fun time with loved ones.

No, you don't have to bring anything with you. The only thing you need is a good mood, stamina and creative thinking. The rooms are heated, but depending on the weather and time of year the floor can be cold. In summer our rooms are pleasantly cool.

Generally, anyone can take part in the game. However, people who are heavily intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be excluded from playing. People with electronic implants must inform the game master when choosing the “Save the Train” room so that all puzzles with potential sources of interference can be switched off.

No. You will be monitored by the Game Master throughout the game, who can intervene at any time in emergency situations. The entrance doors are also never mechanically locked during the game, so the rooms can be left at any time.

Don't worry, there are no horror elements in our rooms. However, due to automatic doors/hatches, there may be brief moments of shock. At times, individual rooms may be a little dark or gloomy.

The rooms do not involve any physical exertion such as running, but some dexterity is certainly necessary. In the Time Travel room there are 2-3 steps. For physically handicapped people, the Save the Train or Apocalypse rooms are therefore more suitable (see wheelchair accessibility below).

Our rooms are in the basement of Buchs train station. They can be reached via a passenger lift on the other side of the building. There are no restrictions in the room Apocalypse. The room Save the Train can be played 90% due to a platform in the room. If there is at least one person in the group for whom this platform is not a problem, then this room can still be completely solved. Unfortunately, the room Time Travel is not easy to play for people who are 100% dependent on their wheelchair. We would be happy to provide further information on request.
